This co–ed program is designed for boys and girls in kindergarten and first grade or any second-grader who is new to basketball or who chooses to participate in the Clinic rather than the Community league. The Clinic program will practice two nights a week beginning in December. In January, clinic participants will be placed into teams and there will be one night of practice and one night of games between the clinic teams.
There is no weekend commitment for the Clinic program.
Community League – Fee $100.00
The Community League is for second and third graders. The Community teams will practice two nights a week and play games primarily on Saturdays, but it is possible there may be a Sunday game. Practices will begin in late November.
The number of GHAA community teams will be determined based on registration numbers and availability of coaches. This league offers a girls division and a boys division and competes against teams from area athletic associations. Games will begin in December and run until February.
County League – Fee $165.00
The County League offers play to both boys and girls. To participate in the County League, players MUST be 8 years old prior to September 1, 2020. The County league offers leagues from 8U – 13U (generally 3rd grade – 8th grade).
The number of teams in each age group will be determined by registration numbers and availability of coaches.
Checks should be made payable to GHAA with players name in the memo line.
